My weekend

My weekend is going to be a lot of fun. Tomorrow night I am going to the movies with my best friends Taylor and Mikaylia. We are going to go and see a new scary movie. On Saturday I have my second cross country meet at West city park. After my race I get to go to my friend Taylor's. On Sunday I think i'm going to the Cardinals game. So this weekend is going to a fun weekend!

Tape Measure

A tape measure is used to measure things. My dad uses a tape measure to measure wood and a lot of other things. The tape measure is very useful with out it would be really hard to measure things like for example, you can measure your height and a lot of other things.

If I woke up at midnight and walked into my living room and looked out the window and seen a face staring back at me, I would most likely scream and call 911. My dog would not stop barking until the police made the face disappear. I would have night mares every night and have bad dreams. 

Bottle up a memory

The memory That I would bottle up would be my 13th birthday. I got to hang out with my best friends and my boyfriend.I got to get up and go shopping at the mall with my boyfriend and I had a lot of fun. After I went to the mall I got dropped off at my moms house. She tricked me and told me we were going to dinner at five. So at five o clock she got me in the car and put a blind fold around my head so then I knew something was up. It turned out that i had a surprise birthday party at my aunts house there was a DJ playing music and we had pizza and we had red velvet cake. All my friends teamed up and smeared cake all over my face. My 13th birthday is something I would bottle up for sure!!

My plans for this weekend

This weekend I am hanging with one of my best friends and my boyfriend. Tomorrow after cross country practice I am walking down to the track for a football game with some friends and then I am meeting my best friend Malia. Our boyfriends are meeting us there also. After the football game Malia is coming over and spending the night. Saturday we are all going to Twin City Days and are hanging out with our boyfriends and for lunch we are going to go and eat at Pogolino's! So that is what my weekend is going to be like!

Veterans day and Martin Luther King day

My thought on this is I think it is a good idea because in History class we are already learning about Martin Luther King so on Veterans day we can do fun activities like we can have an assembly and invite family members that are Veterans. Every year we have assembly's on Veterans day so that we can learn about the wars and marines and all the other things that have to deal with Veterans day. Both days are really important.
